Sealing pliers are required for the application of seals as a tool. The special pliers are used to compress the seal and thus to establish an inseparable connection of the seals with the sealing wire. Depending on the size of the seal inserts as well as on the individual requirements, different seal plugs are now available which make the sealing process a quick and uncomplicated matter.
The sealant can be used both for the sealing of plastic seals as well as for sealing with lead seals. Made of stable tool steel or other durable materials, the sealing plier offers a high degree of robustness and can be used in the long term.
Ferrotec GmbH offers sealing pliers with interchangeable inserts. These offer a great deal of flexibility in use and can also be provided with a logo after consultation with an individual marking. A customer-specific engraving can also be implemented on the sealant and makes it an individual sealing tool.
Whether sealing with plastic or lead seals, sealing of containers, devices or housings, plumbles can be used everywhere to mount the seals in place and to impress them with a corresponding seal. Today, however, there are also seals that can do without tools: pull up seals can be attached without plumbing and removed by simple tearing. Which seals are used primarily depends on the respective safety requirements and the containers and devices to be secured.
